Do I need planning permission first?
You can start a conversation at any stage. Whether permission is required depends on your property and the proposed work; confirm this with your local planning authority.
Can I include drawings?
The project assistant can list drawings and photos alongside your ideas. In the current demo, files are not uploaded or sent.
